Billings Roofing & Solar

Emergency Roof Repair Services

Storms don’t wait for business hours. Neither do we.

A damaged roof gets worse by the hour, not by the day. Every additional hour of exposure means more saturated decking, more waterlogged insulation, more risk of mold setting in. Billings Roofing runs 24/7 emergency response across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri to get your roof stabilized before the next round of weather arrives.

Why Homeowners Call Us

Common Problems We Solve

What Counts as an Emergency

  • An active leak during or right after a storm
  • Missing large sections of shingles after high wind
  • A fallen tree limb or debris that’s punctured the roof
  • Visible daylight through the roof deck from inside the attic
  • Water actively entering the attic or ceiling

What Happens When You Call

  1. Your call is answered directly and a crew is dispatched
  2. On-site assessment to stabilize the immediate damage
  3. Emergency tarping or temporary weatherproofing, same visit
  4. Photo documentation for your insurance claim
  5. Permanent repair scheduled once the risk is contained

Why Every Hour Counts

Once a roof is exposed, damage compounds fast. Saturated decking usually has to be replaced before a repair can go on. Wet insulation loses its thermal performance permanently. Mold risk starts within 24 to 48 hours of water exposure.

The Details

What's included

Every project we take on is completed to the same high standard — whether it’s a small repair or a full replacement. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us.
No shortcuts. Ever.
What to Expect

Tarping & Insurance: What to Expect

Emergency tarping is step one, not the whole fix. We secure the damaged area with heavy-duty tarping or temporary weatherproofing the same visit, before the next round of weather makes things worse.

Everything gets photographed and documented on the spot, both for our own repair planning and for your insurance claim.

Most homeowner and commercial policies cover emergency tarping as damage mitigation under the same claim as the underlying storm damage. That typically means you're only responsible for your policy deductible across both the emergency response and the eventual permanent repair, when the cause is a covered storm event.

Tarping and stabilization happen same-visit, day or night
Photo documentation feeds directly into your insurance claim
Emergency mitigation is usually covered under your existing policy
Permanent repair or replacement gets scheduled once your roof is stable

Common Questions

Frequently asked

Most residential roof replacements are completed in 1–3 days depending on the size of the home and the roofing system selected. Larger or more complex projects may take longer. We provide a timeline estimate before work begins.

An active leak, storm damage exposing the roof deck, a fallen tree limb, or water actively entering your home. A few missing shingles with no active leak can usually wait for a scheduled repair.

Usually, as damage mitigation under the same claim as the underlying storm damage. We document everything to support that claim.

Not necessarily for the initial tarping, but we’ll coordinate directly with you on assessment and next steps either way.
